California Consumer Privacy Act Notice

Applicability and Rights Under the California Consumer Privacy Act

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), California residents have the right to know about information collected, disclosed or sold, the right to opt out of the sale of certain information, and a limited right to have businesses delete information collected about the consumer. These rights extend only to California residents and information covered by the CCPA. Because the CCPA does not cover all consumer data in all situations, only certain consumer data is subject to these rights. This notice supplements information located in the Panorama Mortgage Group, LLC (“PMG” or “the Company”) Privacy Policy with respect to California residents (www.panoramamortgagegroup.com/privacy-policy). Any terms used in this notice that are not defined in the notice itself have the same definition as used in the CCPA.

Definition of Personal Information

“Personal Information” for purposes of this notice means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household. Personal Information collected in relation to a mortgage loan by the Company is also governed under the Gramm Leach Bliley Privacy Act (“GLBA”). Personal Information governed by GLBA is exempt from the CCPA. Please see the Company’s Privacy Notice for more information. Therefore, only Personal Information collected outside of the mortgage loan submission, application and approval process (such as Personal Information collected through marketing efforts via use of the Company branded website(s)) (“Covered Information”) allows a California resident the right to the following:

  • Know About Covered Information Collected, Disclosed, or Sold
