Panorama Mortgage Group, LLC (“we”, “us”, “PMG” or “the Company”) d/b/a Alterra Home Loans, Americana Home Loans, Legacy Home Loans, Lone Peak Lending and Vision Mortgage Group operates goalterra.com, americanahomeloans.com, myhomelegacy.com, lonepeaklending.com and visionmortgagegroup.com websites and related mobile applications and engages in the solicitation, origination, servicing, and sale of mortgage loans (hereinafter referred to as “PMG Services”).

This Privacy Policy is meant to provide you with information regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) when you use PMG Services and the choices you have associated with your Personal Information.  We use your Personal Information to provide and improve PMG Services, and we do not sell or rent it to other companies. By using PMG Services, you agree to the collection and use of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Because of the financial nature of our business, our websites are not designed to appeal to anyone under the age of 18. Therefore, we do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive any information from children.

Types of Data Collected

While using PMG Services, we may ask you to provide us with certain Personal Information that can be used to contact or identify you.  This Personal Information may include, but is not limited to:

In addition, we collect phone contacts and images in the mobile app when you share the app.

When you access PMG Services with a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

How We Respond to Do Not Track Signals

Website and online service operators are required to disclose how they respond to web browser “do not track” signals or other similar mechanisms that allow you to choose regarding the collection of Personal Information about your online activities over time and across third party websites, to the extent the operator engages in that collection. We do not track your Personal Information over time and across third-party websites and, therefore, this requirement does not apply to us.
