Eric Egenhoefer is the President and CEO of Novus Home Mortgage and President of Panorama Mortgage Ventures.
Eric started in the mortgage industry over 20 years ago and has held numerous positions beginning as a loan processor. Eric has a strong focus on using technology to create efficiencies, building around strong management teams, and creating scaleable processes. He believes both consolidation and disruption are coming to the mortgage banking industry.
In 2000, Eric J. Egenhoefer founded a nationally-recognized, $2.6-billion-dollar mortgage company until his departure in September 2018.
Eric is a member of the Ellie Mae Executive Advisory Board, the Mortgage Bankers Association and is affiliated with and serves as an advisor to several other industry groups. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater.
Chief Operating Officer
Kerry has been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years and began in the industry as a processor. Her experience covers a wide range of areas from processing, origination, secondary marketing, and compliance.
Kerry has held multiple positions in leadership and management, most recently as the Chief Operating Officer for a $2.6-billion-dollar mortgage company. She was instrumental in creating the operational infrastructure that allowed the company to grow.
Kerry has been published in many magazines, such as Mortgage Women Magazine, National Mortgage Professional, and Scotsman Guide. She has also received several awards, such as Elite Women in Mortgage 2017 and MPA Hot 100 2018.
Chief Information Officer
Brad is responsible for the technology direction and focus to move Panorama Mortgage Group’s overall technology direction, development, and infrastructure. His goals are to develop proprietary applications and provide the best tools to help today's mortgage professional succeed. Brad works to reduce friction in the overall loan process, making the experience easier and more transparent for today's homebuyers.
Brad has nearly 30 years of mortgage banking experience, including loan origination, branch management, and technology management. He has assisted numerous mortgage bankers through the myriad of regulatory changes, market fluctuations, and industry adjustments. He is skilled in results-oriented management and system implementation for operational efficiencies.
Brad is also currently a sustainable urban farmer and a U.S. Air Force veteran.
EVP of Capital Markets
Vince White is responsible for the interest rate risk management, pricing, and selling of loans originated by all of Panorama Mortgage Group brands.
Vince has worked in the mortgage industry for 16 years where he ran secondary marketing departments and traded mortgages and securities for several large institutions. From 2008-2010 he traded distressed mortgage debt from primary dealers and banks.
Vince graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a major in Finance and minor in Economics. Vince also received an MBA from the University of Miami.
VP of Human Resources
Jennifer Miller has 20 years of leadership development experience in executive coaching, HR leadership, operations, sales and team management.
Jennifer has supported the growth of a wide range of clients, from top executives to ambitious millennials, both domestically and internationally. Previously, she integrated the first internal leadership coaching program at one of MGM Resorts International's hotels and has led the operations of an international Executive MBA program.
Jennifer holds an M.B.A. from HEC Paris, an international program that is ranked 20th in the Financial Times.
VP of Compliance
Jodi is a 26-year veteran of the industry, beginning her career in compliance at Guaranty Bank and more recently as Head of Compliance at WaterStone Bank from 2005 until recent, where she was VP of Compliance at Waterstone Mortgage.
Jodi holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin and a member of Institute of Internal Auditors.
Her perspective in overseeing compliance is helping our companies manage the balance between compliance and revenue-driving activities.
